Use the named dog-park destination rather than the larger Bear Creek Park pin, park in the dog-park lot and follow signs to the fenced paddocks. Choose the entrance for your dog’s size and remove the leash only after entering the designated enclosure.

Choose the right paddock
Dogs under 25 pounds belong in the small-dog area, while dogs weighing 25 pounds or more use the large-dog area. The site also includes an all-weather activity area with a motion-activated splash pad and agility course. Follow posted closures if a paddock or water feature is being maintained.
Artificial turf gives visitors a lower-mud option, while other areas provide more open running space. Shade structures and fountains help in warm weather, and the wash station makes cleanup easier. Bring backup water and a towel because outdoor fixtures may occasionally be unavailable.
Rules before you enter
Dogs should be fully vaccinated, older than six months and free of illness, disease and parasites. Remove pinch, prong and spiked collars before play. Dogs must be unleashed within the designated dog park, and any dog showing aggression should leave immediately.
Food and treats for dogs or people are prohibited. Pick up waste using the bags provided, and leave glass outside. Children younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers, carts, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, scooters and motorized vehicles are prohibited unless needed for mobility assistance. The motion-activated splash pad is designed for dog play, and the wash station helps rinse paws before the ride home.
