Find the dog park entrance
The Bark Park is inside Meadow Park Athletic Complex. Enter from Meadow Park Drive, use the complex parking area and follow signs and the paved walk toward the fenced dog areas. Keep your dog leashed until safely inside the double-gated entry.
Get directions to Bedford Bark Park. The city provides an address map but no useful custom layout of the dog-park gates, so use posted signs for the final approach.
Large- and small-dog areas
Choose the posted section that matches your dog. Bedford reserves the small-dog area for dogs under 30 pounds; the large-dog area is for dogs weighing 30 pounds or more. Stay inside, keep your dog in view and maintain voice control.
The enclosures include grass, paved paths and agility features. Covered tables provide some shade, but much of the field is exposed. Water fountains are available, and a rinse area can help after muddy play, but bring backup water and a towel.
Rules before you enter
Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated and wearing tags. The park limits each person to two dogs. Puppies younger than six months, females in heat and aggressive dogs are not allowed. Remove spike or pinch collars, clean up immediately, stop digging and fill holes.
