Sevierville’s PetSafe Unleashed Dog Park is a fully fenced off-leash area inside Sevierville City Park. It has separate large- and small-dog sections, hills, grass, trees, agility equipment, water, shade and seating. The park is open to local residents and visitors from dawn to dusk daily.

Separate play areas and agility features
Use the section that matches your dog’s size and the rules posted at the gate. Both areas provide space to run, while ramps, tunnels and other agility features add variety. The site’s hills and wooded pockets also give dogs places to sniff and explore away from the busier open lawn.
Benches and shade structures help handlers stay comfortable, but warm Tennessee weather can still create heat risk. Offer frequent water breaks, check equipment and pavement temperature, and leave when your dog begins to tire.
Rules before you enter
Dogs must be leashed outside the off-leash enclosure and while entering or leaving. Handlers must carry a leash, clean up immediately and keep their dogs in sight. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, wearing a collar and ID tag, and under the handler’s control.
The city limits each handler to two dogs. Puppies younger than six months, females in heat and dogs showing aggressive behavior are not allowed. Stop digging and fill any holes your dog creates. Dog water fountains and waste stations are provided, but bring your own bowl and water in case a fountain is unavailable. Check shared water areas before use and clean up promptly so the grass, paths and agility zones remain usable.
Sevierville City Park is undergoing an improvement project. The city says the dog park remains open with minimal closures, but access routes and nearby amenities can change during construction. Check the current City Park project notice before leaving.
