Winkelman Dog Park is a two-acre fenced off-leash park near Beaverton. The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District provides separate all-season areas for large and small dogs, plus a larger seasonal lawn that is generally available from April 1 through November 1.

Choose the right play area
The all-season enclosures provide dependable large-dog and small-dog spaces throughout the year. The larger lawn gives dogs more room to run during the drier season, but its opening and closing dates can change with turf conditions. Follow the signs at each gate on the day of your visit.

THPRD requires dogs to remain leashed on park property outside designated dog parks. Pick up and dispose of all waste, supervise your dog and follow the rules posted at each gate. Seasonal closures protect the lawn and apply even when the adjacent field appears open.
