Joe Station Dog Park is a spacious fenced off-leash park on the west side of Tulsa near Newblock Park and the Charles Page Boulevard corridor. Built on a former ball field, it offers separate play areas, open grass, double-gated access, benches, parking, drinking stations and lights for early-morning and evening visits.

Approach from Charles Page Boulevard and use the dog-park parking area near 23rd West Avenue. The fenced park occupies the former ball-field site east of the main drive. Look for the dog-park signs and transition gate rather than continuing toward nearby Newblock Park.

Grass, shade and water
The large former ball-field layout gives dogs room to run on a mostly grassy surface, with mature trees and covered seating providing shade in parts of the park. Heavy traffic and weather can leave worn, muddy or burr-prone patches, so walk the surface before fast play and check paws afterward.
Dog drinking stations are provided, but outages and seasonal shutoffs have been reported. Bring backup drinking water and a bowl rather than relying on hoses, buckets or temporary splash pools. Any small pool present is a volunteer or seasonal feature, not a permanent swimming facility.
Rules before you enter
Tulsa requires handlers to be at least 16, and children must be at least 12 and supervised by an adult. Carry a leash at all times, keep dogs under immediate control and leash them before leaving. Dogs must be at least six months old, currently vaccinated against rabies and display a current City of Tulsa license. Dogs older than six months must be spayed or neutered.
Clean up waste immediately, remove aggressive dogs, fill holes and remove choke, prong, pinch or spike collars inside the park.
