Use the Kings Circle South address and follow on-site signs to check in with a BrewHound Ruffaree before entering The Yard. The official site places BrewHound along the East Coast Greenway recreation trail. Get directions to BrewHound.
The Yard and The Porch
The Yard is the paid off-leash area. BrewHound lists pet-friendly turf, separate large- and small-dog enclosures, shaded areas and a dog splash pad. Staff members called Ruffarees watch the play areas and can step in when play becomes unsafe, but owners remain responsible for supervising their dogs.
The Porch is a covered seating and bar area serving coffee, tea, local craft beer and wine. Leashed dogs are welcome there without a Yard pass. This makes the porch an option if your dog is not ready for group off-leash play or does not meet the Yard’s entry requirements.
Registration, passes and dog requirements
Complete BrewHound’s online registration and two waivers before using The Yard, then bring proof of current rabies, distemper and Bordetella vaccinations on your first visit. Dogs older than 10 months must be spayed or neutered.
As of September 1, 2026, BrewHound lists weekday day passes at $12 per dog, weekend day passes at $15 per dog and monthly access at $44 per dog, plus tax. Annual options are also available. Prices and requirements can change, so check current BrewHound access options before leaving home.
What park goers say
Park goers frequently describe BrewHound as a social place where dogs can burn energy while their people relax with coffee or a drink. Recent reviews praise the clean turf, shaded seating, splash features and attentive staff. Visitors also like the community events and the separation between the dog play areas and covered porch.
Some reviewers note that busy periods can feel crowded and that the group play environment will not suit every dog’s play style. Watch your dog closely even when Ruffarees are present, and consider a quieter weekday visit if your dog needs more space. You can compare recent experiences on Tripadvisor and BringFido.
